Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be when a package cannot be located.
Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive tracking information to monitor the delivery status of their package.
If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
Country Home Candle is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after the carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided at checkout.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to inquire about the delivery and any available claim options.
Orders reported as missing more than 30 days after the delivery date cannot be investigated, replaced, or refunded.
We are committed to providing excellent customer service and will assist customers with carrier inquiries whenever possible; however, replacement or refund decisions remain at the sole discretion of Country Home Candle.
